I have lived in The Arden for almost 2 years now and I highly recommend apartments through My Niche. Every time I've had any kind of maintenance problem, they are here fixing the issue the next workday with no extra charge. I have had them fix everything from replacing my whole a/c unit to unclogging a giant grease clog in my kitchen sink that was 20 feet down. The people who work for My Niche are always reliable and friendly.
